The purpose of EQUAL EARTH is clear, unmistakable and
unequivocal:
To raise as much money as possible for the sole and exclusive
purpose of purchasing/acquiring, regenerating and restoring
rainforests and natural wildlife habitats throughout the planet
Earth.
No commercial/non-commercial/leisure activities whatsoever
shall be authorised or undertaken in any of the rainforests and
natural wildlife habitats purchased by EQUAL EARTH.
The objective of this purpose is to share the natural life
support system that is constituted by the global eco-system
between all life on an equitable basis.
Mutual benefit will be derived from a substantial increase in
rainforests and natural wildlife habitat in that it will enhance
global photosynthesis and absorption of pollution thereby making
the planet healthier and more enjoyable for all.
THE PLANET IS A CLOSED SYSTEM - YOU CAN FILTER OUT
POLLUTION AND TOXIC WASTE BUT YOU CANNOT GET RID OF
IT.
HENCE IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT WE HAVE SUFFICIENT AREAS OF
FOREST AND NATURE TO HELP ABSORB POLLUTION AND WASTE
AND THEREBY SAFEGUARD THE GOOD HEALTH AND SURVIVAL OF
ALL LIFE ON THE PLANET.
ULTIMATELY EVERY TOWN, EVERY CONURBATION SHALL HAVE A
FOREST AND NATURAL WILDLIFE HABITAT EQUIVALENT OR
LARGER TO ITS OWN SIZE.
A natural wildlife habitat balance on the planet Earth where forests, fauna and flora thrive not only benefits the general well being and health of all living creatures on the planet - it also will reduce the current over-proliferation of ants, termites, mosquitoes, cockroaches, rats and mice in overcrowded cities and urbanisations where they have literally turned into plagues and pests endangering the good health of humans.
It is a fact that the massive disappearance of Nature during the last fifty years has substantially contributed to the infestation of cities with unwanted species whose habitat has been destroyed.
Our logo "To Save the Earth we must Share the Earth" does not mean that humans should share the same habitat as fellow species. On the contrary - in the same way as humans like to co-exist amongst humans - we advocate restoring as much natural wildlife habitat as possible to give our fellow species the right to co-exist amongst each other without suffering human interference.
